FC-5000
Epoxy Overlayment System
DESCRIPTION:
FC-5000 is a three component 100% solids
epoxy/engineered aggregate blend mortar flooring
system, that is power trowel or hand trowel
applied at a 1/4" thickness or greater.
FC-5000 provides outstanding impact, abrasion
and chemical resistance for areas that are
continually exposed to abuse and wear.
USES:
- Economically
resurface worn and spalled concrete
- Use on
new or existing concrete that will
be exposed to heavy wear and abuse

QS-3140
Epoxy Quartz Broadcast System
DESCRIPTION:
QS-3140 combines the toughness of epoxy and
quartz aggregate to provide a monolithic
1/16" or 1/8" epoxy overlayment. The
QS-3140 system can be applied to existing
concrete substrates that require heavy-duty,
decorative protection against wear, impact, and
abrasion in industrial environments. With a
variety of topcoats to choose from, QS-3140 can
be tailored to the customers non-slip needs.
USES:
QS-3140 is ideally suited for heavy
duty industrial or commercial use on
either new concrete that needs to be
protected, or concrete that has been
deteriorated by years of abuse and needs

2020
Two Coat Epoxy Floor System
DESCRIPTION:
The Freda
2020 system provides an economical floor
protection solution with a high build 20 mil
epoxy coating system. 2020 is ideal for light to
medium traffic on new or existing concrete that
is in good condition. Freda 2020 provides a long
lasting 100% solids epoxy primer and topcoat
that has moderate chemical resistance, high
gloss, and excellent cleanability.
USES:
The Freda 2020 system is best suited
for manufacturing aisleways and assembly
areas that are either new or in like new
condition. Concrete must be cured for a
minimum of 30 days before applying the
2020 system. The 2020 system provides a
smooth, high gloss finish that is
abrasion and impact resistant. |

DESCRIPTION:
The Freda
2020 system, when applied properly, provides a
unique orange peel textured finish. Freda
2020 OP imparts excellent abrasion and impact
resistance, along with good chemical resistance
and high gloss.
USES:
The Freda 2020 OP system is best
suited for manufacturing aisleways and
assembly areas that are either new or in
like new condition. Concrete must be
cured for a minimum of 30 days before
applying the 2020 OP system. The 2020 OP
system provides a textured, high gloss
finish that is abrasion and impact
